腹筋の鍛え方

腹筋の筋トレについてです。
いつも上体起こしをしています。
私はいつも鳩尾のあたりに力が入ってしまい、お腹のそれより下に全然負担が掛かりません。
やる時に背中を丸めている姿勢が悪いのかな?とも思っているのですが…。
なにかわかる方がいらっしゃいましたら、教えてください。
