うしろとびひねり前方宙返り転

マットなどを使わせてもらって、
体操の技を練習しているのですが、
うしろとび1/2回ひねり前方宙返り転は、
どのように練習すればよいのでしょうか？
前方宙返り転が本当はやりたかったのですが、
前方宙返りはできるものの、
高さはまだ十分には出せていなくて、
けど、宙返り転系の技がしたくて、
ロンダートからうしろ跳びひねり前宙からの正面支持臥
まではできるようにしました。
正面支持臥までができるようになったら、
次はどのように宙返り転にもっていけばよいのでしょうか？
練習方法をどうか教えてくださいませんか？

よかったら、こちらの練習方法も教えていただきたいのですが、
正式にはなんというのかわからないのですが、
着手前に１回ひねるバク転をやってみたいのですが、
どのような練習方法で習得するのでしょうか？
そこまでうまくはないのですが、
ロンダートからの宙返りの１回ひねりであれば一応できます。
あと、この技を映像でみたことがないのですが、
ロンダートの助走なしでもできますでしょうか？
