膝の怪我

段違い平行棒の捻り降りで失敗し、膝の内側の靭帯が伸びてしまいました。
3週間程の安静が必要と医者から言われました。
1度伸びた靭帯は元に戻らないとききましたが、練習はどれ位からどんな練習から始めるものなのでしょうか?
また、元の様な事が出来る様になるのでしょうか?
