手無しロンダートからバク宙。

名前：やすひろ: 片足踏切側方開脚宙返りを４分の１ひねり両足着地からの
後方抱え込み宙返りを練習しています。
イメージ的にはタイトルのように
着手しないロンダートからの後方抱え込み宙返りです。
昔体操は少しだけやっていましたが、
今はやっていません。

実際に後方宙返りまで回りきることはできるのですが、
バク宙が思いっきり後ろに流れてしまっています。
側宙後に上半身が起き上がってきていないのが
個人的には原因だと思うのです。

側宙の向きは側転で右手が先につくむきなのですが、
手は左手を後ろでひっかける感じにしています。
右手も振り上げたりした方がいいのでしょうか？
上半身は思い切り前に倒して踏み切る感じでやっているのですが、
前屈の柔軟、前後開脚の柔軟をやわらかくしたほうがいいのでしょうか？
どのようにすれば、上半身が、
ロンダートやバク転からの後方宙返りのように起き上がってくるようになるのでしょうか？？

コツなどを教えてはいただけないでしょうか？？
