ツカハラとびでまっすぐ振り上げられない。

前からツカハラ跳びをやっているのですが、真っ直ぐ振り上げれなくて、着地も
ずれてしまいます。
ただの側転で跳ぶ時は真っ直ぐ出来るのですが、回る時に曲がってしまいます。
これらの原因と直し方を教えてください。
お願いします。
