前方宙返りからの直接正面支持臥

最近体操やってなかったんですけど、
また体操を少しずつはじめているものです。

あの、前方宙返りから直接正面支持臥をしたいんですけど、
どのように練習していけばよいのでしょうか？

自分の技術は↓のような感じです。

スタンディングからでも手を振り下ろす踏み切り方でなら
抱え込み宙返りは着地できます。
高校時代、前転とび〜前宙(伸身)で
一度だけ足が抜けてしまったことはあるのですが、
とても怖かった記憶があります。

教えていただけるのなら、前転とびから直接正面支持臥でもいいです。

練習方法をどうか教えてはいただけないでしょうか？
