バク転の仕方なんですが…;;

初めまして、キノと申します。

高校に入って、体操部に入部し約９ヶ月がたちました。

９ヶ月も経っているのにいっこうに｢バク転｣をできるようになりません。

｢膝が曲がっている｣や｢反れてない｣といわれるのですが、、
どうしていいのか分かりません。

そして、何より｢後ろに飛ぶ｣ことが怖いみたいなのです。
先輩に｢後ろに飛ぶのが怖いんじゃないの？」
といわれて初めて気がついたんですが…;;

何か、出来るようになる方法
アドバイス等をよろしくお願いします。
