倒立の練習方法 日時：2007/10/01 22:30 名前：あら 皆さんと　少しレベルが違うのですが。。。 幼稚園　小学生の子供に体操を教えることになりました。 私自身は経験者ではありませんので細かい注意点などがよくわかりません 子供の頃から体操は大好きで好き勝手に色々していましたが　教えるのは初めてです 最初の１歩の指導がわからないのです。腕の力がない子の指導に悩んでいます。 腹接倒立も途中でくずれてしまいます。腕の力をつければいいのだとは思うのですが。。。 こういう子供さんには　はじめにどんな練習方法をすればいいのか教えていただけませんか？ 何人もいるので　順番を待っている間に安全に１人でできる練習法もあれば 教えていただけませんか？ 色々なサイトも見ましたが　最初の第１歩がなくて。。。 倒立を知らないこどもに　倒立を！ ぜひ　みなさまのお知恵を貸していただきたいと思い投稿しました 　よろしくお願いいたします
