伸肘（しんぴ）倒立ができません・・・

今回は伸肘（しんぴ）倒立についてです。
僕は肘を伸ばしてあげることができません。
そしてあげる時、肩を前へ出して、足が上がりだした時は
もう肩が出すぎていて、そのまま頭から前につぶれてしまいます・・・。
伸肘倒立のコツを教えてください！！
よろしくお願いします。
