未経験者の教員採用試験のための体操練習

はじめまして。私は30代の全くの体操未経験者で、小学生時代の授業でもあまり器械体操は得意ではありませんでした。
現在通信制の大学で小学校の教員を目指しているのですが、採用試験にマット運動や簡単な実技があります。ですが、通信制なので体育の科目では体操の分野がなく、また採用されたとしても、指導者として子どもたちに体操を指導や安全管理の知識がありません。
そこで、大人でも器械体操のレッスンをしてくれるところや、指導者として学べるところがあったら教えてください。地域は東京23区、千葉西部、神奈川東部、埼玉南部が希望ですが、もし心当たりがございましたら、上記の近郊である関東圏の情報もお待ちしてます。
