靭帯再建後の練習復帰スケジュール

高1の女子です。4月に膝の前十字靭帯を断裂し、6月に再建手術を受けました。経過はとても順調だそうです。
手術を受けた病院は、バレーやサッカーの怪我の人が多く、リハビリの先生にも経験者がいますが、体操は患者事例の経験がないため、いつからどんな練習に復帰して良いのか具体的なアドバイスは頂けず、「経過が良いだけに、できると思ってやると大変なことになるから」とだけ言われました。
今は、筋トレと段違いの蹴あがり、ホンテンしかやっていません。リハビリでは、ダッシュの許可までおりました。
怪我からの練習復帰スケジュールについて、アドバイスを頂けると嬉しいです。
