バク転を片足で蹴ってしまう！！

こんにちは。中3女子です。
バク転が、数ヶ月前からスランプ状態で、意識しても片足で蹴ってしまい、ぜんぜんできません。補助がつくともっと恐いのです。
やろうと思っても、片足で蹴ったときの感覚しか蘇りません・・・
うまい子のを見て、感覚をつかむ努力もしたのですが、一向に直りません。
ちなみに、スランプ状態になる前は、エバーマットの上で1人でバク転できてました。
どなたか助けてください。本当に、1人ではどうしようもなくて困っています。
