女子ジュニア強化指定選手について

こんにちは！協会のＨＰに強化指定選手が載っていますが、強化とＢ指定がありますが、どのように違うのでしょうか？（女子）指定の基準はどのようになっているのですか？全日本で上位に入ったら指定選手になれるのですか？上位に入ってた選手でも指定選手になっている人と、なっていない人がいるようなのですが・・・？全日本の成績以外に何か？テストのようなものがあるのでしょうか？

女子もジュニアのコントロールテスト導入

池谷幸雄さんのブログにあったのですが、女子も今年からコントロールテストを導入することになったようです。
どんな内容かまではわかりませんけれど、男子のように年齢が若いほど基礎を重視するプログラムであたらいいなと思います。
あと、多分、全日本の個人総合決勝に残った中学生、高校生は全員ジュニアナショナル強化指定になっているようです。
当初、指定されていなかった選手が、全日本の後で追加指定されていましたが、全日本の個人総合決勝に進んだ選手でしたから。
全日本以外に夏の全日本ジュニアの成績も参考にするのではないかと思いますが・・
